Throne of Miscellania is a quest centered around what is known as the Fremennik island Miscellania. The king, Vargas, has unfortunately turned into a yeti, making him require a regent to rule his kingdom, despite being unable to.
OSRS Throne of Miscellania Walkthrough
Contact the Sailor located in the northwestern region of Rellekka and he will take You to Miscellania. Take a westerly route to the tiny city, and head into the main building .
Go to the northern side of the building and up the stairs. Head south to the Throne Room, and try to unlock door to the Throne Room door. The guard will block your way. Speak to him, and inform him that you’re part of the Heroes’ guild, and the guard will allow you to pass.
Contact King Vargas and inform him that you are seeking a quest. He will say that he cannot rule his kingdom, and that he needs an extraordinary soul to become Regent of Miscellania.
Select the “if I could be so daring” …” option, and you’ll declare that you would be an ideal ruler. The man will explain that only a member of the royal family can govern Miscellania. He will also tell you that you’ll have to be married to the son of one of his. If you are a male character you will be married to his daughter. If you are female then you’ll marry his son.
Contact Advisor Ghrim Advisor Ghrim, who is right in front of the King. Find out what you’re meant to do, and he will say you must negotiate peace with Etceteria by talking to Princess Sigrid who is from Etceteria. Also ask him if he knows of how you can have the princess marry you and then he’ll recommend you speak to her.
Go to the bedroom on the north with Princess Astrid in the room. When you speak to her, she will inform her that she’s not keen on marrying any of her suitors. She’ll then tell you that she will give you a chance should you impress her.
Begin to get acquainted with the princess today. Talk to her and inquire about her archery skill informing her that it’s a noble art. Ask her about her impressions of Grihm and you’ll see she regards being an Uncle. charming. Sit at the feet of Astrid and start to perform an emo or two (use the dance emote) and she’ll say she’s someone who knows how to dance!
Continue speaking to her until all possibilities are exhausted, then , give her your bow (use it with her). Following this, give her flowers. She’ll be stunned, asking whether they’re truly for her. The love is everywhere Tell her your name, and Astrid gets more in love with you, calling you her dear. Do a frontal stand and kiss her which makes her become even more enamoured of you! Runescape guys are sure to listen! Now present her with any gold-based band and say that it’s to her. Congratulations, she wants to see you right now! You can accept her offer and ask you tell her dad the good news.
Speak to Advisor Ghrim advisor Ghrim who is in front of the King. Ask him what you’re supposed to be doing and he will say you need to negotiate peace with Etceteria by talking to queen Sigrid who is from Etceteria. Also ask him if he has any idea how you’re supposed to ask the prince to propose to you, and he’ll suggest you meet with him.
You can now go to the bedroom on the south and you will find Prince Brand in it. Talk to him and the prince will inform you that he is a poet. When you mention that you would like to marry him and he tells you that he’ll give you a chance to marry him if you impress him in the right way.
Begin to get acquainted with the prince in the present. Chat with Brand, always telling him what he’d like hear. When you’ve exhausted all the possibilities, you can talk to Ghrim, who’ll tell you to get some flower arrangements for your prince. There’s a flower girl in the outside of the palace, near the small hut. Get some flowers from her for around 15gp and head back to the prince, giving him the bouquet (use the flowers on him) and saying that they’re for him.
This man is making life difficult for us women isn’t it! The prince isn’t offering anything for free. Talk to Ghrim again and he’ll tell you to compliment the prince for his singing abilities. Take a trip back to the prince and use either the cheer or clap emote. You’ll soon be giving the prince your Fremennik name and he’ll ask you to refer to him as prince. Go back to Ghrim and he’ll tell you that you’ve pleased him, and that the prince has a love for cakes. Give him the cake and begin to charm him once more.
You’re getting close, he’s grown quite in love with you, but isn’t quite ready to get married. Keep talking to him, and when you’ve used all options, talk to Ghrim again and he’ll inform you that you’ll need an engagement band. Visit the room of the prince and kiss him with the emoticon. Then give him the wedding ring (use it for the prince) and then want to propose to him. He’ll take your offer and then ask you to tell his father the good news.
Now that you’re set to wed, get out of the palace and proceed east past the maple trees and over the bridge. Go inside the castle and then to the south side. Go up the staircase and head south and to Queen Sigrid. Talk to her, and she will ramble on about how busy she is. Sooner or later, you’ll start talking about the Peace Treaty between two great nations, Miscellania and Etceteria.
The Queen will say that the last time she spoke in person with the King Vargas she accused him of being a pompous fool, and declared war on Etceteria. At the end of the meeting, you’ll inform her King Vargas will be negotiating for a peace treaty right now .
Get out of the castle and go towards the west, returning towards Miscellania and talk to King Vargas. Tell him that the Queen can only conclude a peace treaty if Miscellania acknowledges Etceteria as a sovereign nation . He’ll ask you to tell the Queen to change her anthem, first, since it’s disrespectful to Miscellanians.
Take a trip back to Queen Sigrid and inform the queen that Vargas will sign the treaty if they decide to change their song. Sigrid will be adamant, and will advise you to look for the Bard to write a brand new one.
